About

Hi! I'm Kate and my life is a cross between a silent movie and a Grateful Dead show with some PBS kids thrown in. I'm a New Yorker living in Alabama with a bit of a fish out of water complex if you could imagine even after 12 years. I tend to eat chocolate every day but really don't care much for it. I'm a homeschooling Mom of four kids 11, 9, 7, and 5, I work, I'm single, I don't drink, never smoked, don't take any form of drugs or medication and I don't consume caffeine, we eat organic and recycle everything. This is not a religious blog there's enough of them out there if you want to read one. I blog about our life nothing too personal, always crazy, always real and if you lived with us my kids would say I'm pretty funny. So on any given day you can find us still in our pj's learning about the world, laughing, crying and I'll have three coffee cups scattered around the house half full of hot water and a fresh batch of cookies on the counter, that pretty much sums up our life here for now.
