We love roasting marshmallows, on a recent rainy day I decided to try making
S'mores in our oven, not sure if the marshmallows would turn out toasty enough but I gave it a go and they did!
They are so delicious I had to share.

I first laid out our graham cracks sticks on parchment paper in a glass pie dish, covered them
in white chocolate chips (dark chocolate worked well too) then split each marshmallows in
half and topped the dish. Bake until marshmallows are golden, let cool 5 minutes.
Cut and serve and be ready for a sugar high.

These look amazing! I will be giving this a try this winter because my kids love s'mores (and so do I), but we don't get many chances to make them.

ReplyDeleteOh my goodness. I have showed this to my American husband with my best 'please can we have this' face!
